Duties and responsibilities

• Manage BI front-end changes in the area of global HR reporting and build the interface to IT representing HR’s reporting needs
• Collect, coordinate, prioritise, implement, change, test and communicate BI front-end changes to existing SAP (web-)reports, queries and dashboards in CHRIS whilst also identifying needs for new reports
• Simplify and standardise data retrievals to ensure a fast delivery time in reporting services
• Provide support to end users and troubleshoot problems in terms of reporting access and authorisation

Projects

• Standardised recurring HR data retrievals to shorten delivery times
• Developed the SAP-based reporting landscape within the CHRIS system
