Duties and responsibilities
- Sampling of the water used in production as well as air and surface samples with regard to sterility
- In-process control during the manufacture of active substances using chromatographic methods, predominantly HPLC
- A wide range of partly very complex analyses across the entire analytics group
Projects
- Developed a Microsoft Excel based database for trend analysis of the microbiology measurements on water, rooms and personnel hygiene, with automated graphical evaluation through macro programming
- Further developed an agarose gel electrophoresis method for separating DNA fragments within a biotechnological active-substance project
Achievements
- First database and analysis solution of my own with automated visualisation
- Highlighted in the reference: tireless commitment, reliability, quick grasp and a very independent way of working
