Duties and responsibilities

• 1st-level support for users: recording, qualifying and resolving hardware and software issues
• Building and maintaining analyses with SAP BEx (Business Explorer)
• Developing complex Excel analyses including VBA automation
• Installing, configuring and maintaining workstations and networks
• Advising clients on the selection and introduction of IT solutions
